What kind of weddings do you specialize in?

For full-service and destination planning, we recommend booking 12–18 months out. Month-of can often book closer, but we always say: the earlier, the better. As soon as possible, especially for destination weddings. Early involvement allows us to guide vendor selection, budgets, and timelines from the start, which ultimately saves time and prevents costly missteps. Even if you are leaning towards month-of coordination, the tools we provide you from day one will allow you to feel at peace during your planning journey. 

How far in advance should we book?

We work with couples who value thoughtful planning, intentional design, and a seamless experience. During our consultation, we’ll discuss budget openly to ensure expectations align from the beginning.

Do you work with a specific budget range?

Absolutely. You can always be as involved as you'd like to be, no matter the package you choose. We adapt our processes to match your preferences. Our systems keep things collaborative, organized, and clear so you’ll always have access and input, but never have to stress that you're not on track.

Will we still be involved in the planning?

We're blessed to call Miami home, but many of our clients take flights to get here. So yes, we specialize in destination weddings and experiences, coordinating events across locations, time zones, and cultures while keeping the process clear, organized, and stress-free for our couples, no matter where they call home. So whether you and your family are flying in to Miami or preparing your passports, we're there for you every step of the way.

Do you offer destination wedding planning services?

Destination weddings are as much about the journey as the ceremony and dance party that follows. We help with welcome events, timelines, transportation flow, and thoughtful details that make guests feel cared for—from arrival to farewell. Where your venue may have an on-site coordinator, our job is to advocate for your vision, connect every moving piece, and ensure the entire experience feels intentional, seamless, and unmistakably you.

Can you help with guest experience for destination weddings? 

A destination planner’s role is to translate your vision, style, priorities, and expectations across distance, time zones, and vendor teams. While local planners bring invaluable regional knowledge, a destination planner keeps the full picture in focus, ensuring decisions stay aligned with your aesthetic, guest experience, and overall intent.
